At Foxtail Farm, transparency isn’t a marketing word — it’s how we operate. We believe you have the right to know exactly how your food was raised, what the animals ate, and how they were cared for. Every standard below reflects a deliberate choice rooted in integrity, land stewardship, and respect for your family’s health.
🌿 Regeneratively Raised / Beyond Organic
Our animals are rotationally grazed across pasture and forest, actively improving soil health, plant diversity, and ecosystem function with every move. We use no synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides — going beyond what organic certification requires.
🤝 Ethically Raised
All animals are raised in low-stress environments with ample room to roam and express natural behaviors. We practice humane handling and harvesting at every stage. Transparency is a core value at Foxtail Farm — you can always ask how our animals live.
🌾 Corn-Free & Soy-Free
Every animal on the farm is raised on a diet completely free of corn and soy. This supports a healthier fat profile in the meat and reflects our commitment to clean, intentional nutrition for your family.
🚫 No Antibiotics
Animals at Foxtail Farm are never given routine antibiotics, growth hormones, or steroids. Health is maintained through clean pasture rotation, proper nutrition, and low-stress living conditions that support natural immunity.
💉 No Vaccines
Foxtail Farm does not vaccinate its animals. Animal health is supported through rotational grazing, quality nutrition, and natural living conditions that work with each animal’s biology rather than against it.
🧬 Low-PUFA
Because our animals are never fed corn or soy, the meat is naturally lower in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs). The result is a more stable, healthier fat profile in every cut — better for cooking and better for your body.
🔬 Non-GMO
No genetically modified feed or inputs are ever used at Foxtail Farm. Period. What our animals eat is as clean and natural as the pastures they roam.
🐄 100% Grass-Fed & Finished Beef
Our Dexter cattle graze exclusively on pasture grasses from birth to harvest — never grain-finished, ever. The result is rich, flavorful beef with a nutrient profile that only a true grass-fed, grass-finished herd can deliver.
🐷 Pasture & Forest Raised Pork
Our pigs have access to open pasture and forest, rooting and foraging naturally as nature intended. When supplemental feed is needed, we use only certified-organic, corn-free, soy-free feed — nothing else.
🐔 Pasture Raised Poultry
Our chickens live on open pasture with daily access to bugs, grasses, and fresh sunlight — the way chickens are meant to live. Supplemental feed is certified-organic, corn-free, and soy-free, keeping every bird as clean as the ground they walk on.
